It all started in 1944…

Joe Freitas, Sr. began farming on the Central Coast of California. Joined by his two sons, Clarence and Joe Jr., they formed Freitas Farms. What started as a single ranch with less than 100 acres of farmland, over four generations has grown to thousands of acres spanning the Santa Maria Valley. Today, Freitas Brothers Farms is proudly run by brothers Eric and Jon Freitas.
